分段拟合分析温度对垃圾发酵的影响

摘  要:
文章以生活垃圾为实验对象,设置4个实验组,研究不同温度下(15℃,25℃,35℃,45℃)垃圾产气曲线,并进行分段分析。结果表明:稳定期产气量与温度关系最为明确,并且通过数据拟合发现31℃时稳定期产气量最大;峰值期产气量与温度关系需通过实验进一步探讨;衰减期产气量与温度相关性较弱,存在很大不确定性。不同产气阶段时间受温度影响不同,其中25℃条件下峰值期产气时间在总产气时间中比例最低为13%,稳定期产气时间在总产气时间中比例最高为40.5%;35℃条件下衰减期的产气时间在总产气时间中比例最小为38.5%。

摘  要:
The municipal solid waste was chosen as the raw material,and the fermentation temperature were 15℃,25℃,35℃ and 45℃ respectively,the effects of temperature on waste anaerobic fermentation were analyzed by piecewise fitting method.The results indicated that the relationship between temperature and the biogas production were the most definite during stable stage.And by fitting the data,the temperature of 31℃ obtained the best biogas production.The relationship of biogas production and temperature at acrophase need further experiment.The biogas production had weak relation with temperature during senescence phase,and was indeterminate.Different gas production stages were differently affected by temperature.The gas production time of acrophase under temperature of 25℃ was only 13% of total gas production time.The gas production time of stable stage was 40.5% of total gas production time under 25℃.Under the 35℃,the proportion of gas production time of senescence phase to the total fermentation time was 38.5%.
