摘 要：
The analysis on the male genitalia and the female subgenital plate of two grasshopper species:Calliptamus italicus(L.)and Calliptamus barbarus(F.-W)was conducted and its morphological features were revealed.The results showed that there were distinct differences in the epiphallus side plate and phallic complex rami of cingulum,valves of cingulum and apical valves of penis of the male genitalia and in the internal branch of AC and Ventral basal disc piece of ventral valvulae of the female subgenital plate between the two species.There were significant differences of external genitalia between Calliptamus italicus(L.)and Calliptamus barbarus(F.-W).
