基于ITS系列分析鉴定野生灵芝属菌种

摘  要:
以从福建漳州采集到的5个野生大型真菌为试验材料,分离纯化菌丝体,提取基因组DNA并且扩增其r DNA的ITS序列,基于ITS序列和子实体形态特征对菌株的分类地位进行初步研究。经鉴定,白芝2号为雅致栓孔菌(Trametes elegans),西灵1为假芝(Amauroderma rugosum),西灵5和长泰灵芝为韦伯灵芝(Ganoderma weberianum),白灵芝与Nemania bipapillata较接近。该研究为西灵5、白芝2号、西灵1等野生菌株的开发利用提供了重要依据。

摘  要:
Five wild fungi collected from Zhangzhou, Fujian, which were used as test materials, based on the ITS series and the morphological characteristics of the fruiting bodies, were identified. The taxonomic status of the strains was preliminarily studied.The results showed that Baizhi 2 was identified as Trametes elegans, Xiling 1 was Amauroderma rugosum, Xiling 5 and Changtai Ganoderma were found to be Ganoderma weberianumus, while Ganoderma lucidum and Nemania bipapillata were close to each other. This study provided important basis for the development and utilization of wild strains such as Xiling 5, Baizhi 2 and Xiling 1.
