超声波法与应力波法在胶合木胶缝缺陷无损检测中的对比研究

摘  要:
应用超声波法与应力波法对同一试件的同一部位进行测试,并对胶合木的胶缝缺陷测试结果进行对比分析。结果表明,对于胶缝缺陷宽度,两种方法的测试结果表现出较高的准确性和一致性;在测试同一测点的缺陷程度时,超声波测试的缺陷严重程度要比应力波测试的结果表现的更为显著;在缺陷边界及小面域缺陷测试中,应力波的测试准确度要明显高于超声波。研究结果将对类似构件无损检测方法的选择和应用提供参考。

摘  要:
The ultrasonic method and stress wave method were used to test the same part of the same test components,and the tested results of glulam glue line defect were compared in this study. The results showed that both method had high accuracy and consistency on testing defect of adhesive fracture width. In the defect degree test of same measuring point,the results of the ultrasonic method were more significant the stress wave method,and inn the defect test of edge and facet area,the accuracy of stress wave method were higher than that of ultrasonic method.
