摘 要：
This paper explores the principles of venture investment by farmer entrepreneurs through analyzing farmers'step-in-investment behavior,the amount of investment,investment direction,reinvestment,and financial cooperating practices as well as bringing forward suggestions on institutional arrangements to optimize investment environment for farmer entrepreneurs.It is pointed out that to step into investment is an interaction process of opportunity weighing,benefit analysis,environmental drive,mental habits and demonstration effect of external factors;in general,the amount of initial investment of farmer entrepreneur equals to his savings before his investment,which serves as a law in venture behavior of farmer entrepreneur;investment direction is related to fund raising and the methods of choice which the farmer adopts;the reinvestment is a process of accumulating experience and seeking cooperative solutions of the business game,and also the process of growing of farmer entrepreneur;farmer entrepreneurs tend to invest with partners in early stages of investment,and try to invest separately in reinvestment stages,and to re-partner investment as they become sophisticated in venturing.
