苯磺隆对亚热带山地泥炭藓湿地杂草的控制效果

摘  要:
为了控制亚热带山地泥炭藓湿地中杂草的生长,加速泥炭藓湿地的恢复,在位于湖北省宣恩县七姊妹山的泥炭藓湿地恢复大田上开展泥炭藓湿地的控草研究。在室内预试验筛选除草剂的基础上,选用苯磺隆(tribenuron-methyl)作为大田试验的除草剂,以探究4种浓度[对照组(CK,不喷除草剂)、低浓度(L,37.5 g/hm~2)、中浓度(M,75.0 g/hm~2)、高浓度(H,150.0 g/hm~2)]处理下,苯磺隆对泥炭藓湿地恢复大田杂草的控制效果以及对大泥炭藓(Sphagnum palustre)生长的影响。结果表明,相较于对照组,其他3种浓度苯磺隆处理组对大泥炭藓的生长均未表现出抑制作用。但是,苯磺隆对杂草的控制效果随着浓度的增加而愈加明显。此外,苯磺隆对阔叶类杂草的控制效果相比禾本-莎草类杂草更加明显,并且当杂草盖度控制在40%~50%时,大泥炭藓生长最好。说明苯磺隆是一种适合应用于泥炭藓湿地恢复大田的控草试剂,研究结果对泥炭藓湿地的快速恢复及泥炭藓产业化种植具有重要意义。

摘  要:
A field experiment was established to control weeds aiming to accelerate the recovery of sphagnum wetlands in the restoration area located in Qizimei Mountains of Xuan'en County,Hubei Province. Based on preliminary laboratory tests,tribenuron-methyl was chosen for the field study that included four treatments: an untreated control(CK) and three doses of the herbicide,low(37.5 g/hm~2),medium(75 g/hm~2) and high(150 g/hm~2) to determine its effecton the growth of Sphagnum palustre and associated weeds. Tribenuron-methyl at any of the three doses did not inhibit the growth of S. palustre compared with control treatment; however,the efficacy of tribenuron-methyl showed increasing on weeds increased with its dose. Tribenuron-methyl was more effective at controlling broadleaved weeds than grassed and sedges; when weed cover was reduced to approximately 40% ~ 50%,S. palustre exhibited best growth. This study indicated that tribenuron-methyl is a suitable herbicide for the sphagnum wetlands restoration area,helping with the rapid recovery of sphagnum wetlands as well as on the large-scale artificial planting of sphagnum moss.
