粪便皮质酮代谢产物含量作为一项肉鸡热舒适非侵入指标的研究

摘  要:
研究粪便皮质酮代谢产物含量作为一项非侵入指标用于肉鸡热舒适评价的效果。本研究包括3个试验:试验1进行了肉鸡粪便皮质酮代谢产物含量的昼夜节律研究;试验2研究了35℃急性热应激2 h对粪便皮质酮代谢产物含量的影响;试验3研究了10、14、18、22、26、30℃长期(14 d)温度处理对肉鸡粪便皮质酮代谢产物含量的影响。结果表明:1)粪便皮质酮代谢产物含量在06:00~16:00和18:00~04:00期间均没有显著的波动(P>0.05),但整体上白天(08:00~18:00)显著高于夜间(20:00~06:00)(P<0.05);2)急性热应激后2 h内肉鸡粪便皮质酮代谢产物含量显著升高(P<0.05);3)在10~30℃范围内,肉鸡在不同的温度条件下适应1 d后粪便皮质酮代谢产物含量有显著差异(P<0.05),而超过3 d之后则没有显著差异(P>0.05)。综上所述,粪便皮质酮代谢产物含量可作为一项非侵入指标对肉鸡热应激做出及时评价。

摘  要:
Fecal corticosterone metabolites content of broiler chickens was studied as a non-invasive index of thermal comfort valuation.Three experiments were conducted in this study:diurnal rhythm of fecal corticosterone metabolites content was investigated in experiment 1;effects of 35 ℃ acute heat stress for 2 h on fecal corticosterone metabolites content were studied in experiment 2;and in experiment 3,effects of 10,14,18,22,26 and 30 ℃ prolonged temperature treatments for 14 days on fecal corticosterone metabolites content were researched.The results showed as follows:1) there was no marked fluctuation of fecal corticosterone metabolites content both during 06:00 to 16:00 and 18:00 to 04:00(P>0.05),but that was significantly lower at nighttime(20:00 to 06:00) than at daytime(08:00 to 18:00) as a whole(P<0.05).2) The amount of fecal corticosterone metabolites was significantly increased after 2 h of acute heat stress(P<0.05).3) Fecal corticosterone metabolites content was significantly influenced by prolonged temperature treatments ranged from 10to 30 ℃ within 1 day(P<0.05),while no significant difference was found when it lasted beyond 3 days(P>0.05).In conclusion,fecal corticosterone metabolites content can be used as a timely non-invasive index for acute heat stress assessment in broiler chickens.
