青海省称多县野生狐狸肠道绦虫感染调查及虫种鉴定

摘  要:
为了了解称多县野生狐狸肠道绦虫的感染情况,试验剖检8只野生狐狸,收集狐狸肌肉、肝脏及肠道绦虫,所有虫体逐条计数、登记;提取狐狸DNA,采用DNA条形码技术对狐狸的种属进行鉴定;采用苏木素染色法对收集到的虫体进行染色,提取绦虫DNA,PCR扩增细胞色素氧化酶Ⅰ基因(CO1)部分区域,测序并鉴定虫体。结果表明:8只狐狸全部为藏狐;经苏木素染色及PCR检测鉴定,收集到的绦虫有4种,分别为多房棘球绦虫、石渠棘球绦虫、线中绦虫、带状带绦虫。

摘  要:
To understand the infection situation of intestinal tapeworms in wild foxes from Chengduo county in Qinghai province,eight wild foxes were necropsied to collect their muscles,livers and intestinal tapeworms. All worms were counted one-by-one and registered. The DNA from the wild fox was extracted,and then a DNA bar code technology was used to identify fox species. Collected tapeworms were dyed using hematoxylin stain method. The DNA from the tapeworm was extracted,and then PCR was used to amplify a partial region of cytochrome oxidase Ⅰ( CO1) gene. The sequencing and identification of the parasites were carried out. The results showed that the eight foxes were Tibetan foxes.Four species from the collected tapeworms were identified after hematoxylin staining and PCR detection,including Echinococcus multilocularis,Echinococcus shiquicus,Mesocestoides lineatus,and Taenia taeniaeformis,respectively.
