不同生物杀螨剂对土耳其斯坦叶螨防效及毒力

摘  要:
选择4种生物杀螨剂进行了田间防治土耳其斯坦叶螨(Tetranychus turkestani Ugarov & Nikelski)的药效试验,并采用浸玻片法和叶片残效法测定其毒力。结果表明:制剂用量10%浏阳霉素EC225 mg/hm2、2%阿维菌素EC450 mg/hm2对土耳其斯坦叶螨具有较好的防治效果,施药后7d防效为91.69%和79.69%。10%浏阳霉素EC、2%阿维菌素EC对土耳其斯坦叶螨的毒力浸玻片法LC50值和LC90值分别为0.0083、0.0124 mg/L和0.148、0.267 mg/L;叶片残效法LC50值和LC90值分别为0.0085、0.0046 mg/L和0.083、0.143 mg/L。

摘  要:
The efficacy of 4 bio-miticides was determined. on the field controlled Tetranychus turkestani Ugarov & Nikelski used slide-dip method and leaf residual method. The results of field trial showed that liuyangmycin 10% EC 225 mg/ha, avermectin 2% EC 450 mg/ha had better control effects, after 7 days, against effect is 91.69% and 79.69%. The toxicity determined by slide-dip method showed that liuyangmycin 10% EC, avermectin 2% EC LC50 and LC90 are 0.0083, 0.012 4 mg/L and 0.148, 0.267 mg/L, respectively. Their LC50 and LC90 are 0.0085, 0.0046 mg/L and 0.083, 0.143 mg/L by leaf residual method, respectively. The liuyangmycin and avermectin may use in Tetranychus turkestani population controlling.
