不同钙磷水平补饲料对放牧巴音布鲁克哺乳母羊及羔羊的影响

摘  要:
目的:探讨不同钙磷比例的补饲日粮对放牧巴音布鲁克哺乳母羊泌乳量、乳样成分及羔羊的增重影响,牧区冬春枯草期放牧绵羊的饲养管理提供参考依据。方法:选择40只哺乳母羊作为研究对象,随机分为3个试验组和1个对照组,对照组正常放牧不给于补饲精料,试验组分别给予不同钙磷比例的补饲精料,对比四组母羊的泌乳量、乳样成分及羔羊的增重结果。结果:补料后,试验组母羊的增重和日增重均显著高于对照组;试验组和对照组的泌乳量在45 d时具有显著性差异,60 d时均出现下降的趋势,无显著性差异;60 d时,泌乳母羊乳蛋白含量试验组显著高于对照组(P<0.05);乳脂肪含量试验2组显高于对照组,试验1组和试验3组均低于对照组;非脂固形物和乳糖均为试验1组和试验2组高于对照组,试验3组低于对照组;尿素含量试验1组显著高于试验2组;肌酐含量试验1组显著高于对照组;尿素氮/肌酐值和甘油三酯均为对照组显著高于试验2组;镁含量试验组均显著高于对照组;泌乳羊瘤胃液中的氨态氮、乙酸、丙酸、丁酸、戊酸、异戊酸含量在对照组和试验组之间没有显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:不同钙磷配比的补饲日粮对母羊和羔羊的增重有显著的影响,同时能够显著的影响泌乳量和乳汁中的某些营养成分和微量元素。

摘  要:
To investigate the effects of supplementation with different levels calcium and phosphorus on milk yield composition for Bayanbulak ewes and weight gain for lamb. 40 lactating ewes were randomly divided into three experimental groups and one control group. The control group was only normal grazing. The test group was given different calcium and phosphorus supplementation, Basic analysis including milk yield milk composition and weight gain were performed. The result shows the weight gain and daily gain of the ewes were significantly higher than those of the control group. The milk yield of the test group have significant difference compare with the control group at Lactation for 45 days(P <0.05). For milk fat content, test group2 was significantly higher than control group at Lactation for 60 days, however, the experimental group 1 and the group 3 were lower than the control group. For the non-fat solids and lactose the experimental group 1 and the group 2 were higher than the control group, the experimental group 3 was lower than the control group.For the urea content, test group 1 was significantly higher than the group 2. For creatinine,, test group1 was significantly higher than the control. For the BUN/CREA and triglyceride, The the control group was significantly higher than test group 2. For magnesium content, test group was significantly higher than that of the control group. For the ammonia nitrogen, acetic acid, propionic acid, butyric acid, there was no significant difference between the control group and the experimental group(P> 0.05). Conclusion: supplementation with different levels calcium and phosphorus in diets had significant effects on the weight gain of ewes and lambs,and the milk composion,.
