前机罩作为体现拖拉机企业产品特点和用户感知度的重要窗口,其外观设计要遵循简洁、流线型好、刚劲有力的原则,符合企业要表达的要素.随着拖拉机更新换代的加快和覆盖件设计、工艺技术的发展,规范化设计变得尤为重要,可以大大缩短开发试制周期.以东方红新一代前机罩的开发为范例,介绍了机罩设计开发的流程及设计过程控制要点,为其他厂家的前机罩开发提供借鉴.

摘  要：
Tractor hood is an important window reflecting the product characteristics and user perception of tractor enterprises.Its appearance design should follow the simple,streamlined,strong elements and consistent with enterprise expression.With the acceleration of tractor replacement and the development of panel design and process technology,standardized design has become particularly important.This paper introduces the process of design and development and the key points of design process control through the example of Dongfanghong new generation front hood, and which can greatly shorten the period of development and trial production and provide a reference for other manufacturers in developing the front hood.
