胃食管反流病的治疗进展

摘  要：
胃食管反流病(gastroesophageal reflux disease,GERD)指胃内容物反流进入食管引起一系列不适症状的一种消化疾病,以烧心、反流为主要临床表现,也可见恶心、腹痛、嗳气等,是消化科常见的慢性疾病之一。病情反复发作严重影响患者的生活质量,对其造成极大困扰。近年来国内外开展了很多关于GERD的临床研究,表明非药物治疗、药物治疗、外科手术及内镜治疗和心理干预治疗等方法可有效治疗GERD。

摘  要：
Gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD)refers to a series of symptomas caused by the stomach contents going into esophagus,which is a kind of digestive disease with heartburn and regurgitation as the main clinical manifestations,and also along with nausea,abdominal pain and belching.It is a kind of common chronic diseases in digestive department.Repeated attacks of GERD seriously affect the life quality of patients,causing great distress to them.In recent years,many researches on GERD have been carried out at home and abroad.It shows that non-drug therapy,drug therapy,surgery and endoscopic therapy and psychological intervention can effectively treat GERD.
