锥型被动旋转式浅松装置设计与试验

摘 要:
针对垄作免耕播种后,中耕时期对作物根系附近土壤的浅松作业,研究设计了一种锥型被动旋转锄齿式浅松装置,以达到浅松和除草目的。作业时,外嵌锄齿锥形滚筒贴合垄侧,利用锥形滚筒的结构特性,增强锄齿在土壤作业过程中的滑移作用,以减小土壤扰动及耕作阻力、降低动力消耗及增强作业效果。为此,对外嵌锄齿锥形滚筒进行结构和参数研究,采用正交试验,以前进速度、弹簧镇压力、锄齿环间距为因素,以土壤坚实度差、入土深度稳定性为指标,利用Design-expert软件平台进行试验数据处理与分析。结果表明:在土槽试验车前进速度为1.0m/s、弹簧压力920N、锄齿环间距42mm时,土壤坚实度差达到29.8N/cm2,入土深度稳定性93%,参数优化结果可满足中耕作物苗期浅松作业的性能要求。

摘 要:
A kind of tapered passive rotary hoe-tooth shallow loose device was designed and studied for the shallow operation of the soil near the crop root system after tillage and no tillage. When the operation,the outer hoe-shaped conical roller is applied to the ridge side,and the structural characteristics of the conical drum are used to enhance the slippage of the hoe teeth during the soil operation,so as to reduce the soil disturbance and tillage resistance,reduce the power consumption and Enhance the effect of the purpose of the operation. In this paper,the structure and parameters of the tapered drum are studied. Orthogonal test is used to measure the velocity,spring pressure and hoe-tooth spacing as the factors. Based on the soil robustness and soil depth stability,the experiment data processing and analysis were carried out by using the Design-expert software platform. The results show that the soil robustness difference is 29. 8 N/cm2,the soil depth stability is 93%,and the parameter optimization result can be satisfied when the advance speed of the soil test vehicle is 1. 0 m/s,spring pressure 920 N and hoe tooth pitch 42 mm Performance requirements for shallow tillage of crop.
