光胁迫下欧洲荚蒾的光合生理生态特性

摘  要:
采用LI-6400便携式光合测定系统对欧洲荚蒾光胁迫处理的光合生理特性进行了研究。结果表明:(1)欧洲荚蒾100%和60%光照的Pn日变化呈"双峰型"曲线,有明显的"午休"现象,第一个峰出现在9:00左右,第二个峰出现在15:00左右,第一个峰值明显高于第二个峰值;20%光照的Pn日变化呈"单峰型"曲线,最高峰值出现在10:00左右。(2)100%、60%、20%光照的LCP和LSP分别为72.7、59.2、38.2和514.8、404.7、295.5μmol/(m2.s),CO2补偿点和饱和点分别为73.4、93.2、88.4和1073.4、1354.8、1128.0μmol/mol。(3)3个处理的光合能力为100%光照>60%光照>20%光照。

摘  要:
The studies on Physiological characteristics of photosynthetic of Vihurnum opulus L.under light stress with the Licor-6400 portable photosynthetic system.The results showed as following:(1) the diurnal variation of net photosynthetic rate(Pn) of Vihurnum opulus L.showed double-peak curve under the 100% and 60% irradiance,and showed obvious midday depression.The first peak occurred at 9:00,and the second at 15:00,and the value of the first peak was significant higher than the seconds'.However,under 20% irradiance,the diurnal variation of Pn showed single-peak curve,and the peak value occurred at 10:00.(2) The light compensate point(LCP) of 100%、60% and 20% irradiance were 72.7、59.2 and 38.2 μmol/(m2·s),the light saturate point(LSP) were 514.8、404.7 and 295.5 μmol/(m2·s).The CO2 compensate concentration were 73.4、93.2 and 88.4 μmolmol-1,the CO2 saturate concentration were 1073.4、1354.8 and 1128.0 μmol/mol.(3) The results showed that the photosynthetic characteristics' ability of about three treatment were 100% irradiance>60% irradiance>20% irradiance.
