摘 要：
旅游专业合作社分布在全国生态旅游区域内,是普遍尝试、推广且还在发展中的事物。喀纳斯马游观光协会是以旅游专业合作社的形式,由当地社区居民自发参与组成经济合作组织。采用深度访谈法和观察法,梳理马游观光协会发展现状以及自我管理机制,研究发现协会存在着组织内部监管缺失、协会马队与非协会马夫之间利益冲突、自身管理运营等问题。因此,马游观光协会管理机制仍需改进,以达到提高竞争力、保障社员利益最大化的目的。

摘 要：
Tourism specialized cooperatives is a common attempt,promote and a developing things in the national eco-tourism area.Kanas caravan sightseeing association is the organization of economic cooperation,which consists of the tourism professional cooperatives and the spontaneous participation of community residents.This study was based on the deep interview and the observational method,to comb the developing status quo of caravan sightseeing association and self-management mechanism.The study had found that lots of problems existed in the cooperative,which mainly included the deficiency in the internal supervision,the conflict of the interests between the cavalcade of the association and the groom of the non-association,and the problems of their own management.Therefore,the caravan sightseeing association management mechanism still need to be improved,in order to achieve the purpose of improving competitive power,protecting and maximizing the interests of the members.
