摘  要:
Ogura类型雄性不育是萝卜细胞质雄性不育研究最深入、最优秀的材料。本文总结了Ogura雄性不育主控基因orf138在细胞学、遗传学与分子生物学方面的研究进展,阐述了Ogura类型雄性不育在萝卜育种领域的研究现状,指明了orf138研究在今后萝卜杂交育种研究中的方向和重要意义。

摘  要:
Ogura type male sterility is the most in-depth and best material for the study of cytoplasmic male sterility in radish. In this paper,we summarized the research progress of Ogura male sterility master gene orf138 in cytology,genetics and molecular biology,elaborated the research status of Ogura cytoplasmic male sterility in radish breeding field,and pointed out the direction and significance of orf138 research in radish cross breeding in the future.
