摘  要:
MicroRNA(miRNA)因其分子序列短小,与基因组中较多的序列以互补方式存在,在不同生物体内以不同的方式与靶基因结合,且能够与多种蛋白相互作用,因而建立一种有效且普遍适用的鉴定及检测方法异常困难。科研人员经过不断的研究和探索,总结出MicroRNA的鉴定和检测方法,研究重点介绍miRNA的两种鉴定方法及其几种有效的检测方法,为进一步对其进行研究提供理论基础。

摘  要:
MicroRNA molecular sequences are short, they majority exist in a complementary manner of the genome sequence. They binding the target genes by different ways in different organisms, and interact with various proteins. Therefore, to establish an effective and generally applicable method for the identification and detection is extremely difficult. Researchers concluded miRNA identification and detection methods through continuous research and exploration. This article focuses on two identification methods and several effective detection methods, to further provide a theoretical basis for reseach.
