利用农业废弃物制备水稻育秧基质工艺的优化

摘  要:
针对目前我国水稻育苗过程中土资源浪费严重的问题,以水稻秸秆有机肥、蚯蚓粪作为主要原料,配合使用酒糟、蛭石为辅助原料制备一种复合式水稻育秧基质,采用配方试验—单纯形重心试验设计分析不同比例配制育秧基质对水稻秧苗综合素质的影响,并探索出各原料间最优配比参数。通过试验结果分析建立数学模型,优化出各原料最优配比(体积百分数):秸秆有机肥46%、蚯蚓粪20%、酒糟18%、蛭石16%。利用最优配比的水稻育秧基质所育秧苗满足秧苗移栽要求,为水稻工厂化育秧提供了理论依据。

摘  要:
For the problems of soil waste during the process of rice seedlings,this article selects rice straw oragnic fertilizer straw and wormcast as main raw material,vinasse and vermiculite as supplementary,making composite rice seeding raising substrate. Analyze the influence of variable proportion substrate on seedling quality,and find out the optimal matching parameters,with formulation experiment. By analyzing the test results to establish mathematical model for optimizing the ratio of the raw materials: straw oragnic fertilizer straw46% 、wormcast20% 、vinasse18% 、vermiculite16%,useing the optimal proportion to meet the requirements of seedling transplanting,in order to provide theoretical basis for the rice seedlings.
