荔枝蒂蛀虫羽化及交配行为研究

摘  要:
[目的]研究荔枝蒂蛀虫羽化规律及其交配行为。[方法]在室内观察荔枝蒂蛀虫的羽化规律、成虫交配行为。[结果]荔枝蒂蛀虫雌、雄茧蛹集中在进入暗期6 h后的时间段内羽化,进入暗期2 h为羽化高峰;荔枝蒂蛀虫茧蛹第6~9天为羽化高峰期,雌雄性比接近1∶1。暗期8 h后为荔枝蒂蛀虫的交配高峰期。荔枝蒂蛀虫雌蛾羽化当天不进行交配,2~8日龄雌蛾均可交配,2、3日龄雌蛾进入交配高峰期;1~15日龄雄蛾均可交配,2~5日龄雄蛾进入交配高峰期。[结论]该研究摸清了荔枝蒂蛀虫羽化规律及其交配行为。

摘  要:
[Objective] The research aimed to study the emergence rule and mating behaviors of Conopomorpha sinensis Bradley.[Method] The emergence rule and mating behaviors of C.sinensis were investigated in laboratory.[Result]The eclosion of female and male C.sinensis pupae mostly took place in 6 hours after dark and appeared a height peak in 2 hours after dark.The eclosion of C.sinensis pupae appeared a height peak in the sixth to the ninth day in laboratory,and the ratio of the females to the males was approximately 1∶1.The mating of C.sinensis appeared a peak in 8 hours after dark.Female C.sinensis moths can't mate in the first night of eclosion,and can mate from the second night to the eighth night,and the peak of mating appeared in the second night and the third night.Male C.sinensis can mate from the first night to the fifteenth night,and reached the peak of mating from the second night to the fifth night.[Conclusion] The research made the emergence rule and mating behaviors of C.sinensis clear.
