贺兰山东麓葡萄霜霉病菌致病力分析

摘  要：
为明确贺兰山东麓地区葡萄霜霉病菌株的致病力,以不同抗性的3个葡萄品种作为鉴别寄主,采用叶盘接种法,对采自贺兰山东麓地区的40份葡萄霜霉病菌株进行致病性分析.结果表明:40份葡萄霜霉病菌株均有致病性,不同寄主品种间发病有明显差异,病情指数在0.00~41.50.经病情指数聚类分析,将40份酿酒葡萄品种分为3类,其中抗病性较强的品种13个,占32.50%;抗病性中等的品种22个,占55.00%;感病品种5个,占12.50%.致病力测定结果表明,同一菌株对不同鉴别寄主的反应不同,不同菌株对相同寄主的侵染能力、致病力也不同.可见,贺兰山东麓不同地区葡萄霜霉病菌存在致病性分化现象.

摘  要：
In order to study the virulence differentiation of Plasmopara viticola at the eastern foot of Helan Mountain,40 different strains of P.viticola were collected from different regions at the eastern foot of Helan Mountain.Their pathogenicity were tested by infecting three kinds of grape varieties with different resistance by leaf disc method.The results indicated that all the 40 strains had pathogenicity.The 40 strains were divided into three categories including 13 strains(32.50%)with higher resistance,22 strains(55.00%)with medium resistance,5 strains(12.50%)with susceptible resistance via identification of resistance and cluster analyses.The results showed that the pathogenicity had obvious differences.This difference might be caused by the host.
