摘要：

利用农作物秸秆和鸡粪、猪粪等原料作为双孢菇(Agaricus bisporus)培养料,研究不同配方培养料对菌丝生长、菌丝满袋时间及双孢菇产量的影响,从而确定最优配方为稻草43.6%、牛粪35.7%、鸡粪15.9%、饼肥1.2%、尿素0.2%、石膏1.2%、过磷酸钙1.2%、石灰1.0%。

摘要：

Using crops straw, chicken manure, pig manure and other raw materials as the compost of Agaricus bisporus, the effects of different formula substrates on the hypha growth, bag full time and yield of A. bisporus were studied. Results showed that the optimal formulation was 43.6% of rice straw, 35.7% of cow dung, 15.9% of chicken manure, 1.2% of cake fertilizer, 0.2% of urea, 1.2% of gypsum, 1.2% of calcium superphosphate, and 1.0% of lime.
