摘  要:
针对现有精细化滑坡监测预警系统所存在的问题以及滑坡灾害监测预警工作的特点,提出以精细化滑坡监测预警预报模型为核心,GIS和Internet技术为主要技术,采用C/S和B/S混合架构,设计实现了新的精细化滑坡监测预警信息系统。该系统实现了滑坡灾害信息管理、分析、决策、发布的一体化,提高了滑坡灾害监测预警工作的效率,改善了相关工作的技术方法,同时还可为相关管理部门制订防灾减灾决策提供更加详实的科学依据。

摘  要:
A new refinement landslide monitoring and warning system was designed and implemented aiming at the existing problems and characteristics of landslide monitoring and warning system,with fine landslide monitoring and warning forecasting model as the core,GIS and Internet technology as the main technology,based on hybrid architecture of C /S and B /S. The system realized the integration of landslide disaster information management,analysis,decision-making and publishing,improved the efficiency of the landslide hazard monitoring and warning efforts,improved the technical methods of related work,and provided more detailed scientific basis of disaster prevention and mitigation decisions for the development and the relevant authorities.
