紫外分光光度法测定铜仁珍珠花生中的硒含量

摘  要:
为使人们更好地控制和调节硒的摄入量,用紫外分光光度法测定了铜仁珍珠花生中硒的含量。结果表明:铜仁花生中硒的含量为20.54μg/g。根据试验所得数据算出相对标准偏差为0.73%。硒样品中加入标准硒的回收率在96.5%~98.1%之间,平均为97.4%,相对标准偏差为0.75%,有较好的回收效果,说明本分析方法可行、准确。

摘  要:
In order to make people better control and regulate the intake of selenium,the contents of selenium in Tongren pearl peanut were determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry.The results showed that the contents of selenium in Tongren were 20.54 μg/g.According to the experimental datas,the relative standard deviation was 0.73%.The recovery rate of standard selenium in selenium samples was between 96.5% and 98.1%,the average rate was 97.4%,the relative standard deviation was 0.75%,and the recovery effect was good.This analysis method was feasible and accurate.
