50%嘧菌酯水分散粒剂高效液相色谱分析方法

摘  要:
[目的]建立50%嘧菌酯水分散粒剂高效液相色谱分析方法。[方法]以乙腈-水-甲酸为流动相,使用ODS-C18反相柱,在225 nm检测波长下,对样品进行分离检测。[结果]嘧菌酯的标准偏差为0.1877,变异系数为0.37%,平均回收率为100.2%,线性相关系数为0.9998。[结论]该方法操作简便快捷,准确度和精密度高,线性相关性好。

摘  要:
[Aims] A HPLC method for analysing 50% azoxystrobin dispersible granule was established.[Methods] The sample was separated and analyzed quantitatively on ODS-C18 reversed-phase chromatography column and UV detector at 225 nm,using acetonitrile∶water∶methanol as the mobile phase.[Results] The results showed that the standard deviation of azoxystrobin was 0.187 7,the variation coefficient was 0.37%,the average recovery rate was 100.2%,the linear correlation coefficient was 0.999 8.[Conclusions] The method was simple,rapid and accurate,and had good linear correlation.
