PBL在食品化学实验教学中的应用

摘  要:
食品化学实验是食品化学课程最重要的实践环节,是引导学生在实践中解决问题、培养学生主观能动性、启发学生创造性思维的重要实施途径。PBL是以调动学生积极性和主动性来分析、解决问题的问题式教学法。本文通过PBL在食品化学实验教学中的应用,并与传统的LBL教学模式进行比较。结果表明,在PBL教学模式下,结合案例教学、PDCA教学、开放性实验室、过程评价等,可有效提高食品化学实验的教学效果,也能为社会培养更多的创新型、实践型人才。

摘  要:
Food chemistry experiment is the most important practical link in food chemistry course,and it is an important way to guide students to solve problems in practice,cultivate students′ subjective initiative and inspire students′ creative thinking.PBL is a problem-based teaching method that mobilizes students′ enthusiasm and initiative to analyze and solve problems.This paper compared the application of PBL in food chemistry experiment teaching with the traditional LBL teaching mode.The results showed that,under the PBL teaching mode,combined with case teaching,PDCA teaching,open laboratory,process evaluation,etc.,could effectively improve the teaching effect of food chemistry experiment,and also cultivated more innovative practical talents for the society.
