枯草芽孢杆菌制剂对产蛋后期蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质、免疫及肠道菌群的影响

摘  要:
本试验旨在通过研究枯草芽孢杆菌制剂对产蛋后期蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质、免疫及肠道菌群的影响,探明其应用效果和适宜添加量。试验选用1440只产蛋后期(47周龄)"新杨黑"蛋鸡,随机分成4组,每组4个重复,每个重复90只鸡。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,3个试验组在基础饲粮中分别添加0.25%、0.5%、0.75%的枯草芽孢杆菌制剂(等量的沸石粉被替换),试验期60 d。结果表明:与对照组相比,试验组Ⅰ能显著提高蛋鸡的平均蛋重(P<0.05),显著降低腹泻率(P<0.05);试验组Ⅱ和试验组Ⅲ能显著提高蛋鸡的产蛋率、平均蛋重、蛋黄相对重、血清Ig A和Ig G含量(P<0.05),降低破蛋率、料蛋比和腹泻率(P<0.05);3个试验组能不同程度的显著降低盲肠中大肠杆菌数量(P<0.05),提高乳酸菌和双歧杆菌数量(P<0.05)。结论:枯草芽孢杆菌制剂可显著提高产蛋后期蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质和免疫,改善肠道健康,且适宜添加剂量为0.5%。

摘  要:
The experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of supplemental Bacillus subtilis preparation on laying performance, egg quality, immunity, and intestinal microflora of laying hens during the postpeak period. A total of1440 hens(47-week-old)were randomly allocated to 4 groups, each of which included 4 replicates.Birds were fed with 0(the control group), 0.25%, 0.5%, 0.75% Bacillus subtilis preparation for 60 d, respectively. The results indicated that: Compared with the control group, 0.25% and 0.5% supplemental Bacillus subtilis groups significantly increased the laying rate and egg weight, while decreased the broken egg rate, feed egg ratio and diarrhea rate( P <0.05); 0.25% and 0.5% supplemental Bacillus subtilis groups significantly increased the egg yolk weight percentage,serum Ig A, and Ig G concentration(P<0.05), as compared with those of controls; Supplementing Bacillus subtilis%decreased the amount of Escherichia coli in the cecum significantly(P <0.05)however, increased the number of Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium(P<0.05), as compared with the control. These results suggested that 0.5% supplemental Bacillus subtilis preparation could significantly enhance the laying performance, egg quality, immunity functions, and improve intestinal health in laying hens during the postpeak period.
