摘  要:
西藏拥有中国极端环境条件下宝贵而独特的益生菌种质资源。益生菌的研究可促进西藏农产品加工业的发展,获得经济效益,推动经济发展。随着西藏的高速发展,西藏益生菌产业具有很好的发展前景。结合益生菌与西藏农牧资源,就近几年的研究进展及其在生产生活上的应用进行了讨论,以期为西藏益生菌的研究和开发利用提供参考。

摘  要:
There are precious and unique probiotics resources in Tibet where the environment is extreme in China. The research of probiotics can promote the development of Tibetan agricultural products processing industry, obtain economic benefits and promote economic development. With the rapid development of Tibet, the probiotics industry in Tibet has a promising prospect. Combined with Tibet agriculture and animal husbandry resources, the research progress and its application in production and living of probiotics in recent years are discussed, aimed to provide reference for research, development and utilization of probiotics in Tibet.
