甜菜夜蛾病毒杀虫剂防治花生甜菜夜蛾田间效果试验

摘  要:
为验证甜菜夜蛾核型多角体病毒生物杀虫剂对花生甜菜夜蛾的防治效果以及对瓢虫、草蛉、食蚜蝇、蜘蛛和土蜂5种天敌的安全性,通过田间试验对3×10~(10) PIB/g甜菜夜蛾核型多角体病毒水分散粒剂和对照药剂25g/L高效氟氯氰菊酯乳油对甜菜夜蛾的种群控制作用进行了评价。结果显示,3×10~(10) PIB/g甜菜夜蛾核型多角体病毒水分散粒剂对花生甜菜夜蛾表现出了较好的防治作用。施药后7d和10d,2500倍和1250倍两个处理药剂的防效均达到85%以上,显著优于对照药剂25g/L高效氟氯氰菊酯乳油。上述两处理药剂对花生田瓢虫、草蛉蜘蛛、食蚜蝇、和土蜂5种主要天敌昆虫无不良影响,对花生生长安全,可在花生生产上推广应用。

摘  要:
In order to validate the control efficacy of Spodoptera exigua Nucleopolyhedrovirus(SeNPV)against S.exiguaand its safety to five species of beneficial insects enemies such as ladybugs,lacewings,syrphid flies,spiders and scoliids on peanut,the population control efficacies of 3×10~(10) PIB/g SeNPV WDG and 25g/L beta-cyfluthrin EC as a control against S.exigua were evaluated respectively in the field.Test results show that,3×10~(10) PIB/g SeNPV WDG performs well against S.exiguaoccurring on peanut,control efficacy all over 85% 7days and 10 days after treatments of diluting 2500 folds and 1250 folds,significantly superior to 25g/L beta-cyfluthrin EC.The two above-mentioned treatment agents have no negative effect on ladybugs,lacewings,syrphid flies,spiders and scoliids in the peanut field and is safe with peanut growth.It can be promoted and applied on peanut production.
