双滚筒式电子节气门结构设计

摘  要:
针对传统蝴蝶阀式电子节气门存在的主要问题,开发了一种新型双滚筒式电子节气门结构方案,给出了三维模型和部分重要参数。使用CFD软件Fluent对传统蝴蝶阀式机构和创新型双滚筒式机构做不同角度开度条件下流体分析。结果表明,创新型双滚筒式机构能使进气流速更加均衡,显著改善进气状态。

摘  要:
In order to solve the problems of traditional butterfly valve electronic throttle, a new type called double drum electronic structure scheme is developed. Three-dimensional model and some important parameters are also given. In this paper, CFD software Fluent is used to analyze the traditional butterfly valve mechanism and the innovative double drum mechanism under different angle opening conditions. The results show that the innovative double drum mechanism can make the inlet flow rate more balanced and improve the intake state.
