油菜素内酯对受涝牛膝叶片抗氧化代谢和光合作用的影响

摘  要:
以浓度0,0.025,0.05,0.1和0.2 mg/L的油菜素内酯(BR)处理牛膝,研究BR对涝害牛膝叶片抗氧化代谢和光合作用的影响。结果表明,适宜浓度的BR能提高涝害牛膝叶片内SOD,CAT活性,明显降低MDA含量和减轻细胞膜的透性,显著提高叶片的光合速率。其中以0.1 mg/L浓度效果最好。

摘  要:
Achyranthes bidentata Bl.subjected to waterlogging stress were treated with foliar application of 0,0.025,0.05,0.1 and 0.2 mg/L brassinolide(BR) to study their effects on antioxidative metabolism and photosynthesis.The appropriate concentration of BR increased the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD) and catalase(CAT).Meanwhile,it alleviated the membrane permeability and reduced the accumulation of malondialhyde(MDA).Photosynthetic rate(Pn) of leaves was raised significantly.Of all the treatments,the treatment of 0.1mg/L BR is the best.
