海水灌溉下北美海蓬子盐肥耦合效应的研究

摘  要:
为明确海水灌溉下北美海蓬子盐肥耦合效应,采用正交试验设计,在滨海海口闸淮河入海口实验基地进行田间试验。结果表明:(1)适当浓度的氮肥、磷肥均能提高海水灌溉下北美海蓬子的鲜菜(可食茎枝)产量,施氮量75 kg/hm2、150 kg/hm2处理与不施氮相比,北美海蓬子鲜菜产量分别提高了10.2%、30.6%,施磷(P2O5)量30kg/hm2、60 kg/hm2处理与不施磷相比,鲜菜产量分别提高了12.5%、25.9%;施氮量225 kg/hm2或施磷量90kg/hm2处理,鲜菜产量开始下降。交互效应试验结果表明,北美海蓬子菜用产量的优化组合是50%海水+150kg/hm2氮肥+60 kg/hm2磷肥。(2)在海水灌溉下增施氮肥可以提高海蓬子维生素C含量,增施磷肥效果不明显。(3)通过拟合海水浓度、氮磷施用量和鲜菜产量的肥效方程,得出鲜菜产量的理论最高值为14 004.4 kg/hm2,此时海水浓度为60%,施氮量为135.77 kg/hm2,施磷量为78.11 kg/hm2;维生素C含量理论最高值为0.763 mg/g,此时海水浓度为55%,施氮量为174.19 kg/hm2,施磷量为69.25 kg/hm2。

摘  要:
A field experiment based on the orthogonal test design was carried out along the coastal estuaries of Huaihe River to study coupling effect of seawater and fertilizer application on Salicornia bigelovii Torr.irrigated with different concentrations of seawater.The results were as follows: ①Appropriate amounts of fertilizer N and P could increase the fresh weights(edible cauline branch weights) of Salicornia bigelovii Torr.under seawater irrigation condition.The fresh weights of Salicornia bigelovii applied with 75 kg/hm2 N and 150 kg/hm2 N were increased by 10.2% and 30.6% respectively compared to zero N fertilizer treatment,and those applied with 30 kg/hm2 and 60 kg/hm2 P(P2O5) were increased by 12.5% and 25.9% respectively compared to zero P fertilizer treatment.The fresh weight of Salicornia bigelovii droped at the application rates of 225 kg/hm2 for N or 90 kg/hm2 for P.The results of interaction effect experiment showed that the best combination to get high edible cauline branch production was 50% seawater+150 kg/hm2 N+60 kg/hm2 P.②Under seawater irrigation condition,vitamin C content of Salicornia bigelovii Torr.increased with N fertilizer application.③Based on the equation between seawater concentration,N and P amounts,and fresh weight,the maximum theoretical fresh weight was 14 004.4 kg/hm2 in the treatment of 60% seawater+135.77 kg/hm2 N+78.11 kg/hm2 P.The maximum theoretical vitamin C content was 0.763 mg/g in the treatment 55% seawater+174.19 kg/hm2 N+ 69.25 kg/hm2 P treatment.
