硒中毒对猪红细胞免疫功能的影响

摘  要:
测定亚慢性硒中毒猪全血硒含量、红细胞C3bR花环率、红细胞IC花环率及GSH-PX活性,探讨硒中毒对猪红细胞免疫功能的影响。结果表明,加硒组猪全血硒含量明显提高,红细胞C3bR花环率下降,而GSH-PX活性和红细胞IC花环率无明显变化。说明硒中毒导致猪红细胞的免疫黏附活性降低,免疫功能下降。

摘  要:
To investigate the effect of selenium(Se) on immune function of erythrocyte in pigs,determined selenium content in blood,the rosette formation rate of RBC-C3bR and RBC-IC. The activation of GSH-PX of inferior chronic selenium toxicity pigs. Result shown the test group pig's content of whole blood selenium to obviously improve,while the rosette formation rate of RBC-C3bR to drop,GSH-PX activation and RBC-IC rosette formation to a little influence. The mention above results confirmed that reason why the immune function of erythrocyte in porcines with selenium toxicity was decreased significantly,was the excessive selenium had deformed the C3b receptors on the erythrocyte surface related with the erythrocyte immunity adhesion .
