青海高原首例岩羊小反刍兽疫诊断与控制

摘  要:
2018年2月,青海高原地区海北州刚察县伊克乌兰乡瓦彦山地区发现19只疑似小反刍兽疫感染致死的野生岩羊,另观察到7只岩羊表现出体态虚弱、觅食困难、长卧不起、腹泻等现象。通过临床症状、病理剖检及荧光RT-PCR检测,确诊为小反刍兽疫感染,然后用DNAstar软件和Mega软件对本次疫情的PPRV株的基因序列进行了比对和分析,并绘制了系统进化树,结果显示,此次岩羊感染的PPRV属于基因IV系,与新疆分离株亲缘较近。为控制疫情传播,保护好高原珍稀动物,当地兽医防疫部门采取疫情排查,构筑免疫屏障,尸体无害化处理,强化检疫监督等措施,有效防范了野生动物疫情扩散及向家畜的传播。

摘  要:
In February, 2018, 19 Pseudois nayaur were found dead in the Wayan Mountain area of Qinghai Province. They animals were suspected to be infected with peste des petits ruminants virus(PPRV). Meanwhile, another 7 Pseudois nayaur showed clinical signs, such as weakness, anorexia, depression and diarrhea. They were diagnosed to be of PPR infection by clinical observation, postmortem examination and RT-PCR test. Subsequently, the DNAstar and Mega were used to compare and analyze the gene sequences of the PPRV strain with reference strains, and to construct phylogenetic trees. The results showed that this PPRV belonged to the IV spectrum and was close to the strains isolated in the Xinjiang area. The local veterinarians immediately took measures to prevent PPR from spillover into other domestic animals, including disease screening, immunization, harmless treatment and inspection improvement, which produced desirable effect.
