增温与增施CO_2对藏青2000生长发育特性及产量的影响

摘  要:
采用模拟增温与CO_2浓度上升的可控开顶式气室(Open-Top Chamber,OTC)原位模拟未来大气中CO_2浓度和气温升高(CO_2浓度450μL/L,温度升高2℃)对西藏林芝(29.673015°N,94.341188°E,海拔:2998m)春青稞生长发育特性及产量的影响。试验结果显示:增温、增温+CO_2的协同处理都使藏青2000株高降低,叶面积指数下降,叶绿素含量降低,并且明显降低了成熟期地上干物质含量、千粒重、每穂粒数,最终导致减产。

摘  要:
In this study,an open-top chamber(OTC) controlled by simulated temperature increase and elevated CO_2 concentration was used to simulate CO_2 concentration and air temperature increase in the future(CO_2 concentration 450μL/L,temperature increase)(2℃) Effects on growth and development characteristics The results showed that the increase in temperature,temperature,and CO_2 synergistic treatment all reduced the plant height,leaf area index,and chlorophyll content of spring barley,and significantly reduced the dry matter content,1000-grain weight,and grains per pound during mature period.Eventually lead to production cuts.
