山西普通菜豆种质资源籽粒品质分析和评价

摘  要:
利用山西种质库内保存的能够代表山西省普通菜豆资源总体的149份资源,对其籽粒进行品质分析和评价。通过对149份资源籽粒品质测定,结果表明,山西省普通菜豆资源粗蛋白含量平均值高于全国平均水平,而粗淀粉和粗脂肪含量平均值低于全国平均水平;筛选到高蛋白含量资源13份、高淀粉含量资源2份、高脂肪含量资源1份和高纤维含量资源6份;聚类分析结果将149份资源划分为7组,基本明确了山西省普通菜豆的籽粒品质类型特征。

摘  要:
In this paper, the grain quality of the 149 common beans stored in the Shanxi Gene Bank, which could represent the totals of common bean of Shanxi province, were used to analyze and evaluate. By the grain quality determination of 149 common beans,the results showed that the average percentage of the crude protein was higher in Shanxi than in nationwide, while the crude starch and fat were lower. 13 common beans containing higher crude protain, 2 containing higher crude starch, 1 and 6 containing higher crude fat and fiber respectively were comfirmed. Through the cluster analysis, the result showed that 149 common beans were devided into seven groups, which basically identified the typical features of grain quality of common beans in Shanxi province.
