摘  要：
This study analyzed the development situation of agricultural products processing industries.Based on the requirements for the Improvement of the agricultural products processing industries by the change tendency of food consumption,this study proposed the suggestions including the innovation and application of key technologies of the west side of straits characteristic agricultural products processing should be strengthened and the development of characteristic agricultural products processing industries on the west side of straits should be supported by the advancement of science and technology.
