在大量试验数据的基础上，建立起灰铸铁共晶度Sc与抗拉强度σb之间的关系，通过加强成份控制和炉前处理，控制共晶度，有利于提高铸件内在质量。

On the basis of vast amount of experimental data, the relation between tensile strength and cocrystallinity of gray cast iron is established. It is useful to improve the intrinsic quality of castings by controlling cocrystallinity and treatments for liquid metal.
