新疆早熟陆地棉种质资源遗传多样性分析

摘  要:
【目的】利用SSR分子标记对北疆早熟陆地棉部分种质资源材料进行基因组分子检测并进行遗传多样性研究,从分子水平上揭示遗传性关系。【方法】从39个SSR核心引物中筛选多态性好且稳定的24对引物在43份北疆早熟陆地棉种质材料进行分子检测,利用NTSYS-pc 2.11软件进行遗传相似性及聚类分析。【结果】共扩增出71个多态性条带,平均每个引物为2.84个条带,扩增98个等位基因。变异的多态信息含量(PIC)在0.12~0.80。43份资源材料成对遗传相似系数变化范围在0.458~0.944,其中63.75%的材料遗传相似系数在0.500~0.696,35.71%的材料遗传相似系数在0.700~0.944。根据UPGMA聚类分析,遗传相似系数在0.58时,可将43份材料聚类为2类群。【结论】43份资源材料中大部分材料成对间相似度较高,遗传性差异较小,遗传基础较狭窄。

摘  要:
【Objective】The genetic diversity of early maturing Upland upland cotton germplasm in northern Northern Xinjiang was analyzed based on simple sequence repeats( SSR). 【Method】Ttwenty four evenly distributed SSR primer pairs with high polymorphisms and good repeatability were successfully selected out from 39 candidates to analyze thed genetic diversity. 【Result】Among the 43 early maturing upland cotton germplasm resources,the 24 pairs primers had 71 polymorphisms band and on an average,2. 84 genotypes and 98 allelic genes were detected from each SSR primer pair. The polymorphic information content( PIC)was around 0. 12- 0. 80. The genetic similarity coefficient of 43 upland cotton germplasm ranged from 0. 458- 0. 944,among them 63. 75% materials of similarity coefficient were between 0. 500- 0. 696 and 35. 71%materials of similarity coefficient between 0. 700- 0. 944. The genetic materials could be categorized into two major groups. 【Conclusion】The results of the SSR markers were in accordance with the analysis of genetic di-versity indicating that the genetic base of the upland cotton gremplasm in Northern Xinjiang was narrow.
