摘  要:
为了对小麦播种过程中的种管状态进行实时监测,研制了一种基于CAN总线的24行小麦播种监控系统。重点研究了播种监控传感器的设计与信号处理方法、监测模块的设计以及关键技术、显示终端的功能设计以及系统通讯协议设计;并对所研制的小麦播种监控系统进行了功能和性能试验验证,系统误报警率在0.5%以下,能够满足播种作业的要求。试验和应用结果表明,系统能够及时监测到小麦播种过程中排种轴断裂、种箱缺种、种管堵塞、漏播等状况并进行报警,在振动、灰尘等田间作业环境下能够长时间稳定可靠地工作,避免人工监控不全面、随机性强等问题,在小麦播种季节发挥重要作用。

摘  要:
A 24- line wheat sowing monitor system based on CAN bus is developed to monitor and warn the sowing-pipe status in real time. The design and signal processing method of the sowing monitor sensor,critical technology of the monitor module,function design of the display terminal and system communication protocol are specifically researched. Experiments are carried out to verify the functions and performance of the wheat sowing monitor system,the results show that the false alarm rate is below 0. 5%. Experiments and application results show that the system can monitor various problems such as sowing- shaft break,sowing- box emptiness,sowing- pipe block and miss- sowing,and work stably for long time in farming environment such as vibration and dust. The system can avoid problems caused by manpower monitor such as unilateralism and randomness,and cut down the expenditure. The sowing process benefits much from the system.
