摘 要：
为了解合作社成员的合作意愿,基于湖北省159个粮食类合作社成员的调查资料,对合作社成员的合作意愿进行分析。结果表明,许多成员没有缴纳股金,也不愿意追加投资;多数成员都愿意接受产前产中服务,但不愿意与合作社签订订单;大部分成员不关心也不愿参与合作社经营管理;大多数成员都不愿意承担合作社亏损。其原因主要是成员不了解自己的权利和义务;对合作社管理层缺乏信任;带头人素质有待提升;成员的边界游移现象普遍。为此,必须加大合作社法律法规普及宣传力度;规范运行机制;加快带头人培育;完善成员资格制度。

摘 要：
In order to understand cooperation intention of farmers' cooperatives members,cooperation intention of farmers' cooperatives was analyzed based on the investigation of 159 grain cooperatives members in Hubei province. The problem included that shareholder was lack, intertion of signing contract and mangement was weak,not willing to bear loss of farmers' cooperatives. The reasons included that low awareness of right and duties, distrust management,low quality of leaders and members generally moving boundary.Then propaganda of law, perfect property and supervision Mechanism, the cultivation of leadership and perfect membership of the farmers' cooperatives must be noted.
