铲筛式残膜回收机分离机构的设计及试验

摘  要:
针对于目前铲筛式残膜回收机存在的问题,对残膜回收机进行改进设计,具体设计一种输送带式残膜混合物分离机构并建立三维模型,介绍残膜混合物分离机构的结构与工作原理,确定分离机构的主要技术参数,通过试验研究混合物分离机构的几何参数和工作参数在不同组合时的性能,并确定分离机构性能指标的最优水平组合:机架夹角θ为55°,带轮的转速n为400 r/min,相邻驱动轴同步带的间距l为20 mm。试验结果表明,该分离装置有较好的工作性能,其结构简单,加工制造方便,与铲齿式残膜回收机优化结合,一次性可完成残膜挖铲、膜土以及膜茬分离、残膜收集作业。

摘  要:
Aiming at the general separation effect of the separation device at present, a conveyor belt type residual film mixture separation device was designed and a three-dimensional model was established. The structure and working principle of the residual film mixture separation device were introduced, and the main technical parameters of the separation device were determined. Through experiments, the performances of the geometric parameters and working parameters of the separator in different combinations are studied, and the optimum level combination of the performance indexes of the separator is determined: the angle of the rack is 55°, the speed of the pulley is 400 r/min, and the distance between the synchronous belts of the adjacent driving shafts is 20 mm. The test results show that the separator has better performance, its structure is simple, and its manufacture is simple. Convenient, combined with the optimization of spade-toothed residual film recycling machine, it can complete the work of residual film digging shovel, membrane soil, separation of film stubble and collection of film stubble at one time.
