以低碳交通为导向的中小城市大型城市综合体交通影响评价探索——以玉溪红星国际广场为例

摘  要：
在国家新型城镇化的背景下,中小城市城镇化将稳步推进。在中小城市中建设大型城市综合体,有效地推进城镇化,也可能加重城市交通问题。在对中小城市大型城市综合体项目进行交通影响分析时,结合其自身交通特性,如交通影响范围广、交通需求量大、交通方式复杂多样等,分析路网承载力水平,综合分析项目交通影响,引入低碳交通理念,改善交通环境,尽可能使项目融入周边环境。本文以玉溪市红星国际广场项目交通影响评价为例,重点提出中小城市大型城市综合体项目以低碳交通为导向的改善策略,如"小街区、密路网"的路网格局、公交优先、慢行完善、泊位共享、路网优化及出入口整合等。

摘  要：
Under the new urbanization background,the urbanization process in small and medium-sized cities will continue to move forward steadily. The construction of large city complex in the small and medium-sized cities may promote urbanization effectively,and also aggravate the problem of urban traffic. While analyzing the traffic impact of large city complex projects in small and medium-sized cities,combining with its own characteristics of traffic,such as traffic impact scope,traffic demand,complex traffic mode,the network capacity and traffic impact of the project should be analyzed. The concept of low carbon traffic is introduced to improve the traffic environment and make the project emerge into the surrounding environment as far as possible. In this paper,the traffic impact assessment of Yuxi Hongxing international square project was used as an example,and low carbon oriented traffic improvement strategy for large city complex projects in small and medium-sized city was put forward such as 'small blocks and dense road network' road network pattern,bus priority,slow improvement,sharing,network optimization and integration of the entrance.
