铅笔柏、侧柏幼树P-V曲线的制作及其应用

摘  要:
运用P-V技术研究铅笔柏(Sabina virginiana L.)、侧柏(Platycladus orientalis L.)幼树之间生理指标的差异,比较铅笔柏与侧柏的抗旱性强弱。结果表明铅笔柏的主要水分参数(P_0、P_W~P、ROWC、RWC、AWC、ROC)均明显低于侧柏;(RWD、V_P/V_0、∈)渗透调节能力和束缚水含量、最大体积弹性模量均高于侧柏。表现铅笔柏自身"遗传"特性对干旱环境具有较强的耐旱能力。

摘  要:
Using the P-V curve technology,the difference between the physiological indexes of saplings of Sabina virginiana of Platycladus orientalis were researched,comparison of Sabina virginiana and Platycladus orientalis drought resistance strength.The results show that the main water parameters of Sabina virginiana(P0,PWP,ROWC,RWC,AWC,ROC)was significantly lower than that of Platycladus orientalis(RWD,VP/V0,∈),the ability of osmotic adjustment,bound water content and the maximum volume elastic modulus was higher than that of Platycladus orientalis.Performance Sabina virginiana "sown genetic"characteristics of drought environment has a strong ability to drought.
