摘  要:
[目的]本研究比较了SH_1和Y-1两种中间砧对长富苹果树体营养生长的影响,为中间砧的选择应用提供理论依据。[方法]以3年生矮化中间砧苹果树(长富2号/SH_1和Y-1/八棱海棠)为试材,对其枝条和叶片的生长势进行统计分析。[结果]以Y-1矮化中间砧的苹果树新梢长度极显著低于SH_1矮化中间砧苹果树,短枝率(64.43%)显著高于SH_1树体(44.45%),长枝比例(10.50%)显著低于SH_1树体(19.21%),秋梢节间长度显著短于SH_1,短80.51%,叶片厚度、比叶重和类胡萝卜素高于SH_1树体,但差异不显著。[结论]Y-1矮化中间砧更有利于长富苹果树体矮化,树体长势中庸,易积累营养物质。

摘  要:
[Objective]This experiment was to comparatively study the vegetative growth of‘Nagafu 2'apple on SH_1 and Y-1dwarfing interstocks,and which could offer theoretical basis for selecting and employing dwarfing interstocks in different places.[Methods]The ‘Nagafu 2'apple on SH_1 and Y-1dwarf interstocks were used to investigate the growth potential of branches and leaves and analyze.[Results]The growth of shoots of Y-1dwarf apple trees was significantly shorter than SH_1 trees.And its short branch rates(64.43%)was higher than that of SH_1interstock(44.45%),but the protortion of long branch(10.50%)was lower than SH_1 interstock apple trees(19.21%).The internode length was also shorter than SH_1 interstock trees,shorter 80.51%.Leaf thickness,SLW(specific leaf weight)and carotenoid content were higher than SH_1,but had no significant difference.[Conclusion]Y-1dwarf interstocks was more beneficial to lower the growth potential of ‘Nagafu 2'apple,and increased its leaf thickness and SLW,which could improve the nutrient accumulation.Moreover,it also could increase carotenoid content,which could improve ability of photoprotection.
