浅议邵阳特色优质烟叶开发

摘  要：
为了开发邵阳特色优质烟叶,阐述了邵阳烟叶生产现状、影响特色烟叶质量的主要因素,分析了开发邵阳特色优质烟叶具有适宜的生态环境、较好的烟叶生产基础设施等有利条件,提出了建立邵阳优质烟叶标准体系,加强领导,建全工作机制,以及加强烟稻轮作技术配套,加大科技创新力度等措施,解决烟叶生产中管理粗放、烟稻轮作技术不配套、采收烘烤不当、浓香型风格特色不佳、烟农种烟效益不高等问题,促进邵阳烟叶生产健康可持续发展的对策。

摘  要：
In order to develop characteristic quality tobacco leaves,the status quo of tobacco leaf production in Shaoyang city and the main factors influenced quality of characteristic tobacco leaves were described at first.Then,the advantages of developing characteristic quality tobacco leaves in Shaoyang city were analyzed,such as suitable environment,sufficient tobacco production infrastructure,etc..Moreover,some measures were proposed to solve main problems existed in production of tobacco leaves,such as extensive management,non-matched tobacco-rice rotation techniques,inappropriate harvesting and baking techniques,unclear characters of aroma style and low income of farmers for tobacco planting,which include establishing standard system of quality tobacco leaves in Shaoyang,strengthening guidance,perfecting working system,improving matching techniques of tobacco-rice rotation,and enhancing technology innovation.Meanwhile,some strategies for promoting healthy and sustainable development of tobacco production in Shaoyang city were also proposed.
