柱头外露棉花柱长度与花器长度的相关及温度的影响

摘要：

试验结果表明:具有柱头外露长度在10mm以上的长花柱柱头外露棉,其雌蕊、花柱和果柄都长,成极显著正相关。特别是柱头外露棉的果柄越长其柱头外露的长度也愈长,在育种上有一定的应用价值。此外,高温能促进柱头外露棉花柱的伸长,且会降低自交成铃率,但人工辅助授粉可以提高长花柱类的棉花自交成铃率。

摘要：

The experimental results showed that the stigma had positive correlation to the pistil, the style and the stem of the flower when the stigma length was over 10 mm.It is important for breeding that the longer of the stigma, the longer of the stem of the flower. Furthermore, the temperature can elongate stigma obviously and reduce self-fertilization ratio apparently, but artificial pollination can improve the self-fertilization rate with long stigma.
