不同添加剂对紫花苜蓿青贮发酵品质的影响

摘  要:
以紫花苜蓿为原料,通过添加蔗糖、乳酸菌制剂、甲酸和纤维素酶,探讨不同添加剂对紫花苜蓿青贮饲料品质的影响。结果表明:紫花苜蓿直接青贮品质差;添加蔗糖对于紫花苜蓿青贮饲料的发酵品质和营养价值没有明显的改善;添加乳酸菌对于紫花苜蓿青贮饲料的发酵品质和营养价值有一定的改善,但效果没有添加蔗糖与乳酸菌接种剂混合处理的效果好;添加甲酸可以提高紫花苜蓿青贮饲料的发酵品质和营养价值;添加纤维素酶对于紫花苜蓿青贮饲料的发酵品质和营养价值没有明显的改善;添加纤维素酶和乳酸菌对于紫花苜蓿青贮饲料的发酵品质和营养价值有明显的改善。

摘  要:
Medicago sativa L.was used as material to make silage by adding different additives(sucrose,formic acid,cellulose enzyme and lactobacillus).The results showed that M.sativa L.silage was not good without additives.The addition of the sucrose can not improve the fermentation quality and the chemical composition of silage.The addition of the mixture of sucrose and lactobacillus treatment was better than the addition of lactobacillus.The addition of formic acid can improve the fermentation quality and the chemical composition of silage.The addition of cellulose enzyme can not improve the fermentation quality and the chemical composition of silage.The addition of the mixture of cellulose enzyme and lactobacillus can improve the fermentation quality and the chemical composition of silage.
