基于西门子PLC乳制品在线清洗系统的设计

摘  要:
本文从实际应用角度出发,介绍了SIEMENS S7-300PLC及相关软件在乳品厂在线清洗控制系统中的应用设计,设计一种基于PLC的乳品厂在线清洗(CIP)系统,该系统能根据被清洗设备的情况选择相应的清洗工艺。实践证明,该系统可以达到无需拆卸设备,即可按照设定的时间进行有序的自动清洗,清洗效果好,设备利用率高,安全系数高。同时也能通过触摸屏(HMI)实现对工艺参数设定和清洗过程的监控。

摘  要:
This study is to design a cleaning in place(CIP) system for dairy factories based on PLC,in which suitable cleaning process could be chosen according to the conditions of the equipments to be cleaned.From the practical point of view,this paper introduces the application of SIEMENS S7-300 PLC and related software to CIP system design in dairy factories.The practice indicates that,without disassembling equipments,the system can realize automatic cleaning according to the set time,with good cleaning effect,high equipment utilization,and high safety coefficient.HMI(Human Machine Interface) can also be used in the setting of the process parameters and the monitoring of the cleaning.
