以教育基本构成要素为线索,着重探讨农村党员干部现代远程教育学用成果转化途径。就如何创新、建立远程教育引导模式,如何筹建、运作远程教育师资体系,如何活跃、充实远程教育课堂,如何拓展、丰富农村党员远教功能,做了初步的思考和研究,并提出了建议和措施。

摘  要：
Modern distance education of party members and cadres in rural areas must adhere to the basic law of education.Constituent elements of education being the clue,ways to translate learned fruits into utilization while advancing the project of modern distance education of party members and cadres in rural areas have been mainly explored in this paper.That is,this paper have made attempts to study and explore how to innovate and develop guiding modes of distance education,how to establish and operate its teaching system and how to enliven and enrich its classroom as well as how to broaden and enrich its functions.And some suggestions and measures have been proposed at length.
