盐穗木中部分成分含量测定及活性作用研究

摘  要:
[目的]研究塔里木盆地盐穗木中的有效化学成份。[方法]对盐穗木中所含的部分成分进行测定。[结果]结果表明,盐穗木鞣质含量最高达1.912 2 mg/kg,多酚含量最高达1.174%,生物碱含量最高达0.026%。全钾%、全磷%,铜(μg/g)、锰(μg/g)、钙(μg/g)、锌(μg/g)、锰(μg/g)和铁(μg/g)8种矿物质元素的含量分别为1.383、0.128,18.033、28.459、0.295、53.677、0.575和229.642。盐穗木水提物对大肠杆菌为中度敏感,对金黄色葡萄球菌为高度敏感。盐穗木全草经乙醇提取、正丁醇萃取,得到的正丁醇萃取物对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌均有抑制作用。盐穗木超声波提取,乙酸乙酯萃取,经柱层析分离,得到6种化合物;正丁醇萃取,经柱层析分离,得到3种化合物。[结论]对雏鸡饮喂盐穗木水煎液有提高成活率的作用,但对机体免疫机能影响不大。

摘  要:
[Objective]The purpose of this research was to study the effective chemical composition of Halostachys caspica in the Tarim basin.[Method]The part contents of Halostachys caspica were determined.[Result]The results indicated that the highest tannin content of Halostachys caspica was 1.912 2 mg/kg,the polyphenol content was 1.174%,the highest alkaloid content was 0.026%.The contents of mineral elements K,P and Cu,Mn,Ca,Zn,Mg and Fe were 1.383%,0.128%;18.033,28.459,0.295,53.677,0.575 and 229.642 μg/g,respectively.Aqueous extract of Halostachys caspica was middle degree sensitive to Escherichia coil,height degree sensitive to Staphylococcus aureus.Halostachys caspica extraction things extracted by alcohol and butanol had significant inhibition on Escherichia coil and Staphylococcus aureus.Six kinds of compounds were got through ultrasonic and ethyl acetate extract and column chromatographic separation.Three kinds of compounds were got through butanol extracts and column chromatographic separation.[Conclusion]Aqueous extract of Halostachys caspica has an obviously improving effect on survival rate and less effect on immune enginery of chick.
